All receipts will be sent to you the via email used at sign-up. The sender will be one of Brainly's payment providers (STRIPE, ZUORA or PAYPAL).
If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
If you still cannot locate your purchase receipt, we will be glad to provide a duplicate copy by reaching out to us via our contact form.
When writing to us, please provide us with the following information:
- Your Brainly Username
- Your Email
- Your Name (or the name of the person who completed the purchase)
- Purchaser's Email
